We are paneled with Anthem BCBS, United HealthCare, IU, Community Direct, and Aetna. We do not take any Medicare or Medicaid plans.
We do not accept Anthem BCBS for medication services. We do accept Anthem for therapy.
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may fill your spot with someone on the waiting list. If you give less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged $75. You will be charged $125 if you do not give notice and miss an appointment.
We offer a secure telehealth platform, virtual EMDR, text reminders for your appointments, and genetic testing for increased confidence in medication management.
